You know that song that goes “These boots were made for walking/ and that’s just what they’ll do”?  Well, we have a counter.  These sneakers were made for stunting, but help is what they’ll do.  Creative Recreation, one of our favorite sneaker brands, and DJ Irie, one of our favorite DJs to check out when we’re in Miami (which we’ll do after getting ready in our ultra-discounted room at the Mondrian), collaborated to make a sneaker that will make you feel as good as you look while wearing it.  Its called the Irie Milano Hi, and its Irie’s take on the popular Milano Hi style.  Since DJ Irie is the official DJ of the Miami Heat, its no surprise that the colors of the sneaker are the colors of the team.  It is, however, a surprise that not only are 100% of the proceeds donated to the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, but Creative Recreation is matching every last one of them to double the impact of your dollar.  For those of you that like to have things that nobody else does, we’re happy to let you know that only 200 pairs will be available in the US, so if exclusivity is your trump card, your shoe game will consequentially be on at least 8.  Available December 8th (hey, the early bird catches the worm) at Atrium, Lulu and Shoe Gallery.
